Susan Meyer-Miller
An international speaker and trainer, Susan Meyer-Miller has spoken to our a half-million people in 8 countries. She is a business trainer, management consultant, motivational speaker and the author of a book entitled SOS! 101 Solutions to Overcome Stress. Her wide range of topics include:
A native Kansan, Susan Meyer-Miller graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in Human Resources Management. She enjoyed a seven-year career with Perkins Family Restaurants holding various management positions including Regional Personnel Manager where she was responsible for government compliance, recruiting, and employee programs. Susan then joined National Pizza Company, the world's largest Pizza Hut franchise, were as Training Director, she guided all levels of training for 450 restaurants. She built and managed a multimedia corporate training center, published the company newsletter, and earned her certificate in Employment Law. She then traveled extensively as a Management Consultant and Trainer for Fred Pryor Seminars where she achieved consistently high customer ratings and trained and mentored many new speakers. Susan now owns a training company - SpeakerUSA - where she take pride in customizing training to meet the specific needs of her clients. Her client list includes:
Susan is an active writer currently publishing two newsletters and has won both regional and national awards for her efforts. She is also active in her community and was named "Business Associate of the Year" in 1999 and "Woman of the Year" in 2002 for the local American Business Women's Association chapter where she has held many leadership roles. Currently Susan holds an adjunct staff position with Right Managment Consultants where she is working as a Career Transition Coach for displaced workers. She is the 2002-2003 President of the Plaza Express Network a high-energy business networking group, and is called upon occasionally by Fox News to comment on hidden camera customer service stories.
